Proceeds from sponsorships and donations will go to benefit local Local County animal shelters. Last years' Doggie Doo proceeds went to: Erie Shores Humane Society, Friendship Animal Protective League, Lifesavers Spay & Neuter Service, OASIS (Oberlin Aid to Stays in Distress), Saint Francis Animal Sanctuary, and CATSS (Community Action to Save Strays).

Doggie Doo presents opportunities to participate at the following levels:

Champion

$1000 and above:

Full-page ad in program, listing in program, corporate or business banner displayed in Tappan Square on the day of the event, prominent sponsor recognition signs in Tappan Square on day of event, complimentary exhibit space, booth placard designating sponsor level, recognition in media ads and promotional literature, logo and link on Doggie Doo website home page, ad space on Doggie Doo website, listing in Sponsor's section of Doggie Doo website, recognition in vocal announcements throughout the day of the event.

Top Dog

$500-$999:

Half-page ad in program, listing in program, complimentary exhibit space, booth placard designating sponsor level, recognition in media ads and promotional literature, logo and link on DoggieDoo website home page, listing in Sponsor's section of Doggie Doo website, recognition in vocal announcements throughout the day of the event.

Show Dog

$250-$499:

Quarter-page ad in program, listing in program, complimentary exhibit space, booth placard designating sponsor level, listing in Sponsor's section of Doggie Doo website, and recognition in vocal announcements throughout the day of the event.

Hot Dog

$100-$249:

Eighth-page ad in program, listing in program, booth placard designating sponsor level, listing in Sponsor's section of Doggie Doo website.

Dog Lover

Under $1-$99 level:

Listing in program, booth placard designating sponsor level, and listing in Sponsor's section of Doggie Doo website.

 

How to Become a Sponsor:

If you're interested in being an event sponsor - and we sure hope you are! - you will need to complete the Sponsorship Form. Click here for the form and mailing information.

In-kind contributions may be accepted for some sponsor benefits. Contact us for additional information. Sponsor is responsible for providing digital art (pdf, tif, or jpg) with your sponsorship check by the following dates:

  • B&W logo for flyers and posters: June 01
  • B&W logo for programs : August 01
  • Color or B&W logo for website: include with signed sponsorship agreement and payment by August 01
  • B&W program ad: August 01

It is the sponsor's responsibility to meet these deadlines. Failure to provide artwork in appropriate format by the deadline may result in forfeiture of benefits. Questions about artwork should be sent to Debbie Harris. Please direct all other sponsorship questions to Michele Andrews.

All sponsorship forms are due by August 01. All late sponsorships will be considered, at least until the program has gone to print, so don't hesitate to send in your form or contact the Sponsorship Chairperson!
